CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction you may have with the products you purchase, any problems caused by production and service are carefully evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
You can find the necessary conditions below in order for us to provide you with a better and faster service regarding product returns; If any of them is missing, product returns are not accepted.

a- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with its standard accessories as received within 30 days.

ABOUT OTHER TERMS and RETURN SHIPPING FEES
a- If the products received by our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The period of reflection of the refund on your account is at the initiative of your bank. Refunds made to the credit card are reflected to the account within 7 days.
b- You can send the products you will return free of charge by Domestic Shipping.
SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED
The product to be returned can only be delivered by the cargo companies we have contracted with. Apart from this, the return of the products received by any cargo company and the transportation cost will not be accepted.
The general terms of return are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging in absolute condition.
- The original box / packaging has been damaged (for example: products with a cargo label pasted on the original box and taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted), products that have lost their resalability and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted to be returned.
- You must send a petition containing the original shipment (all copies you have) and the reason for the return together with the product you want to return.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you have incorrectly placed or abandoned. Sometimes emails are checked late due to the intensity. There is a possibility that the product has been shipped. If the product is not shipped in cancellation transactions, the entire fee will be refunded by the method you performed the transaction. If the product is shipped, the shipping fee or fees are deducted and refunded.
